Today we made the incredibly difficult decision to help Penny cross the rainbow bridge. We knew this day would come, we just hoped we would have a little more time with our sassy girl.

She is now at peace, and I have no doubt my dad was waiting for her to join his pack up in heaven. 🤍

Right now, I honestly don't have many words. We are heartbroken. Penny was such a special part of our family, and our home is going to feel very different without her.

But more than anything, we want to remember Penny for the amazing life she lived and all the love, laughter, and sass she brought with her. If you have a favorite Penny memory or a good Penny story, please leave it in the comments. I know reading them will help us smile, laugh, and probably shed some good tears as we remember our girl.

Run free, Girlfriend. We love you more than you’ll ever know.
